Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

This service is provided by Jazmin Systems, a sole trader in Finland (business ID 3615010-7). Contact: support@jazmin.app.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Jazmin, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

3. Description of the Service

Jazmin is a calorie tracking and nutrition planning application. It allows you to log foods, plan meals, and view nutrition-related summaries.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Full access to Jazmin requires a paid auto-renewable subscription (Jazmin Pro), which may include a free trial. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple account.

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the App Store or your Apple account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms.

5. Referral Program

Jazmin may offer a referral program: you receive a personal invite code that you can share with friends. When the required number of referred friends purchase a paid subscription (free trial periods do not count), you earn a reward of free Jazmin Pro time. Rewards are promotional service time provided by us: they have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded, and they do not change the billing of an active Apple subscription — earned free time is applied automatically only after your paid subscription period ends. Unused free time is forfeited if your account is deleted.

Referral rewards require that referred users are genuine, distinct persons. We may withhold or revoke rewards obtained through self-referral, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, refunded purchases, or other abuse. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time; free time already applied to your account is not taken away.

6. No Medical Advice

Jazmin does not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice. All information shown in the app is for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified professional before making health-related decisions.

Weight projections, trend figures, projected dates and energy-expenditure estimates shown in the app are estimates derived from the information you provide and the food you log. They may be inaccurate, individual results vary, and they are not a promise or guarantee of any outcome. Consult a qualified professional before starting a weight-loss or weight-gain program, and do not use the app as a substitute for professional care.

7. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, for all activity that happens under your account, and for the accuracy of the information you enter into the service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorized ways.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete account) or by contacting support@jazmin.app. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple; you must cancel it in the App Store.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

13. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify users in the app or by email.
